Responsible for all aspects of development and implementation of net.TUTOR, a series of self-paced, interactive online tutorials, as well as online courses that provide instruction in the use of the Internet and World Wide Web. The tutorial program helps learners utilize these resources as an integral part of a scholarly research strategy.

Directed a staff of ten full time professionals and three FTE graduate assistants in the areas of cataloging, user information services, and electronic publishing; developed and monitored budgets and expenditures; designed and implemented the online catalog as well as Gopher and World Wide Web sites; managed procurement and licensing of catalog software, text retrieval software, and associated hardware; evaluated and extended online systems and services.
